“The gentle reader will never, never know what a consummate ass he can become, until he goes abroad. I speak now, of course, in the supposition that the gentle reader has not been abroad, and therefore is not already a consummate ass. If the case be otherwise, I beg his pardon and extend to him the cordial hand of fellowship and call him brother.” – Mark Twain
Hi, I’m Angie. I see you’ve stumbled upon one of my minuscule corners of the internet. Perhaps you want to know a little about me, and about this blog.
At the moment, I’m a convergence journalism student at the University of Missouri. In spring 2011, I spent a semester living, working, and playing in Sydney, Australia through the Missouri School of Journalism study abroad program. I attended classes at Macquarie University, lived in a residential college, interned at a magazine, and had a few adventures along the way. I started this blog to chronicle my adventures and share them with the world. I’m leaving it on the internet now for the same reason.
